Visit the restored gold digger town from 1870, where you will be guided around bt guides in traditional clothes. Back to the hightway and south to Williams Lake for lodgings.
Williams Lake - Kamloops/Lac Le Jeune

Willias Lake is the entrance gate to the prairie and ranch region of British Columbia. The Caribou Hightway brings you via Cache - Creek and via the magnificent valley of the Fraser river to the vibrant Kamloops. This town is a busy commerical center at the moment, a big town, once a known trade market for fur. Lodgings at about 30 km south, near Lac Le Jeune.
A full day to discover the region and enjoy the many activities near the hotel: hiking, mountainbiking, fishing, rowing, ornithology, ... or enjoyt the beach near the hotel.

Vernon is situated north of the fruitful Okanagan Valley.
